If you are a Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 client, you must purchase one of the support plans below to get support for the platform. This covers lifetime installations, upgrades, and all ongoing tech support.
Basic Support – $5/month
Basic support plan covers installations, upgrades, and all tech support through our helpdesk
Premium Support – $45/month
Premium support plan covers installations, upgrades, and all tech support through our helpdesk, Skype & Google Meet if needed. Premium will also take priority over Basic support tickets.
