SUPPORT FEE ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective immediately on all pricing levels, with the exception of the ULTRA package, we are adding 2 new monthly support packages. It is no longer financially feasible to provide free support for all of our clients. As you know, the pricing for our platform is just a 1-time fee and with the support we continue to provide to our growing client base, it has become challenging to provide this support free of charge when we have tech support to pay with the volume of tickets continuing to increase.
We will be adding a Basic Support package for only $5/month that all clients of Levels 1-4 will need to get support through the helpdesk. This covers everything that is provided today – installations, upgrades, and all tech support. We will also be adding a Premium Support package for $45/month. This will not only include helpdesk support, but also Skype and Google Meet if needed and will take priority over “Basic” customers. Our ULTRA package includes the Premium support plan free of charge.
Any existing clients that currently have open tickets in the helpdesk, we will continue to work through those until they are complete. Once they are, we will close that ticket. You will then need to purchase one of the support plans to get support on any new tickets you open. We have been in business since 2012 and still continue to upgrade and improve the platform thanks to our growing client base and suggestions we receive and have many new things on the horizon.
